Please find attached the document I have developed re scheduling goals & facilitators. Remember this is a tool I am using to encourage staff to participate and contribute to the ongoing process of quality improvement.
I developed it to provide opportunity for all staff to see what may be a strength or interest in an area of the service that they are confident about having input into. It was presented by power point at a full staff meeting. I am writing a Facilitator Role Statement to support those who self nominated as facilitators. What I believe is essential to this process is supporting the facilitator & celebrating their successes & completion of reaching the goal - chocolate!!!
